Growing up, health was always the heart of our family conversations. Instead of focusing on grades or behavior, my mother taught me about taking care of myself—body, mind, and spirit—from beginning to end.
As a child, I fell in love with how amazing our bodies are. Ballet became my first teacher, showing me how proper nutrition helps us move, build stamina, and create energy. These lessons inspired me to become a dance instructor and later pursue medicine, especially pediatrics where I could help children and their families develop healthy habits from the very beginning of life..
With time, I discovered something powerful: combining traditional medicine with other healing approaches creates better, more personal care. This led me to study integrative, functional medicine and homeopathic medicine.
Every step of my journey has been guided by one goal—helping families achieve their best health while honoring their unique needs and choices.
With over 20 years of post-residency experience in pediatrics and integrative medicine, I am passionate about enhancing the health and well-being of every individual I have the privilege to serve. My comprehensive training in allopathic/conventional medicine, integrative and functional medicine, along with homeopathic medicine training through CEDH, and licensure across multiple states empower an offering of multifaceted approach to healthcare. I have extensive expertise in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and I am deeply committed to the principles of natural nutrition, seamlessly integrating natural and allopathic techniques. My practice is rooted in listening intently and adapting to the unique needs and goals of each family, guiding them on a path to reclaim their health, regardless of their starting point.
